OMCG's range of wire straighteners consists of various models depending on the diameter of wire to be straightened.
They are suitable for straightening wires from 2 mm to 18 mm in diameter.
Equipped with fast opening and hard steel rollers, they straighten all kinds of materials at high feed rates.

The flipper is our revolving support system that allows up to three wire straighteners to be mounted, speeding up the change of different diameter wires and speeding up assembly time.
It is installed directly on the machine and is compatible with all OMCG wire straighteners.

Facilitates the introduction of wire with a diameter larger than 10 mm into the machine.
