C20W.10 2.0

C20W.10 2.0 is the new version of the legendary model, available for wire diameters 3-10 mm and strip cross sections up to 12×4 mm.
The machine is equipped with 4 axes and is capable of up to 3 bending radii, the configuration is fast as well as the tooling changeover and the cut sequence provides a very close to the last bend.
The automation system is fully electric, based on a real CNC.
Besides OMCG’s legendary reliability and long lasting mechanics, it shares with the latest OMCG CNC benders the new 3D human machine interface software Easy Programming 4 (EP4). With EP4, the operator can program a part in a 3D graphic environment, direct import a STEP file, modify the part in real time, and create new programs and lists while running production.
The main functions of the axes (speed, acceleration, and deceleration) are adjustable during set-up, programming and production.
